This exciting and varied parish is set in North Yorkshire, just south of Richmond, and includes two churches serving Hipswell, Colburn, Scotton and Catterick Garrison. The varied community includes elements of village life, a housing estate with notable levels of deprivation, new private housing, and the largest British military base. The parish is located between the Yorkshire Dales and the Moors, with good transport links and easy access to wider facilities and educational, cultural and commercial opportunities. The churches are praying for an enthusiastic and approachable, inspirational and visionary leader, who has a vibrant faith and a creative approach to worship. They should have a passionate desire for growth within our churches, and be able to engage with young families in particular, and encourage children and young people.
