Enhanced Service Plan
The Enhanced Service Plan (ESP) is the name given to the service level agreement between the Diocese of Leeds Education Team and schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.
Over 97% of the 240 schools and academies across our Diocese signed up for the Enhanced Service Plan in 2022/23. In addition, we are joined by an increasing number of community schools that value the high-quality support and challenge on offer. In addition to regular support, the plan offers access to a wide range of additional services, training and professional development.
