The Church of England is introducing the Building Management Portal, a new national digital system for managing applications relating to works on churches, their contents, and churchyards. The portal will replace the Online Faculty System and is set to go live on Tuesday, October 6 2026. The Online Faculty System will be closed on Wednesday, September 30 2026.
