Selling, Leasing or Acquiring PCC Properties*
- PCC property is vested in the Leeds Diocesan Board of Finance as “Custodian Trustee”.
- A PCC are the “Managing Trustees” of the PCC property.
- The DBF has a governance process for giving consent and/or signing documentation for PCC property transactions.
- To give consent and/or sign the Custodian Trustee will be looking for documented confirmation that the PCC have satisfied their duties as a PCC and as charity trustees in relation to the transaction.
