The Yorkshire Theological Education Partnership (YTEP) is a partnership between Church Army, St Hild, The College of the Resurrection, and the York Diocesan School of Ministry.

The role of YTEPs Academic Registrar sits right at the centre of our organisation –

  • Leading the academic and registration service that we offer to our Partners and their learners.
  • Facilitating our relationships with the Church of England’s National Ministry Team and Durham University’s Common Awards Team.
  • Providing administrative and advisory support to the YTEP Trustees.

YTEP works closely with Durham University, and the role of the Academic Registrar is key in ensuring that we meet our contractual obligations as shaped by the ‘Standard Validation Contract’.

As the Academic Registrar you would report to the part-time executive Chair of the Common Awards Management Committee (CAMC). CAMC is the managing committee that oversees all academic decisions made by YTEP in relation to their Common Awards commitments.

You will be the line manager for the YTEP Academic Administrator, working closely with them to ensure the smooth running of the academic year and managing students’ progression from enrolment through to exam board and graduation.
