The Continuing Ministerial Development programme recognises that our needs change throughout the different stages of our ministry:

First Responsibility : the first leadership post beyond Curacy.

Mid-ministry : usually for clergy ten years or more into ministry and with at least ten years before retirement.

Changing Posts : for clergy who have recently moved to a new post.

Supervision skills : for training incumbents as they prepare to receive a new curate.

Pre-retirement courses : for those approaching Retirement.
Alongside these targeted courses there is a range of general CMD events for all clergy.
