Racial Justice Sunday is on February 8, and the Diocese of Leeds is engaging with the day and its themes.
Churches from across the diocese will be able to learn about how pilgrimages can help them engage with their communities and beyond at a Pilgrimages Day at Ripon Cathedral on Friday, January 30.
Diocesan finances, clergy wellbeing and our Barnabas work were all part of a busy agenda of the most recent meeting of Diocesan Synod.
Parishes in one of our Ripon area deaneries have been making use of our Compass tool to help plan their mission for the future.

The Diocese of Leeds is pleased to publish its annual report for 2024, sharing the successes of our teams working to encourage confidence and create confident Christians, support growing churches and help transform communities.
New responsibilities, Barnabas and Living in Love and Faith were all on the agenda at our June Synod meeting, where Bishop Nick gave his last Presidential Address as Bishop of Leeds.
The Rt Revd Malcolm Chamberlain was ordained and consecrated on Wednesday, June 11, the feast day of Barnabas, and will take up his role as Bishop of Wakefield shortly.
Young people in the Wakefield area have been learning about the Christian faith and helping out in their community, as part of a course run by the Every Good Work project.
