Sometimes the best way to grow and learn is to talk with others who are in a similar situation. Learning communities are a way in which we can have regular and structured conversations that help us to work through some of the challenges that we face in leading churches in a world that keeps on changing!
Learning communities are not ‘just another meeting’- they are structured in a way that helps participants to support each other through a shared challenge or circumstance. They work best when everyone there is prepared to bring their positivity and their vulnerability.
Our current learning communities are listed below. It is possible that the facilitator may get in touch to invite you along, but if there is one that you think could really help where you are, do drop us an email at barnabas@leeds.anglican.org.
