Sarah Long will be serving in Halifax Holy Trinity with St Jude (Benefice of Halifax Holy Trinity with St Jude) and Halifax St Augustine (Benefice of Halifax St Augustine) after training part time at St Hild College.
During her training, she has continued in her role as a Primary School Teacher having taught for the last 20 years in Key Stage 1 and Early Years. Her time in teaching has been challenging, rewarding in so many ways, formative and a real privilege.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys meeting with family and friends, being outdoors, gardening for wildlife, growing food and listening to the radio, podcasts and all kinds of music.
She is looking forward to journeying into this new phase of life and ministry excited to see what God has in store.
