We are a church enjoying positive change and growth, with music at the heart of our mission and worship. This is an exciting and rewarding post for a committed Christian who will lead and grow all aspects of music in our worship, both our choral tradition and more contemporary music.
We have a robed mixed-age choir and a talented, committed organist / pianist who supports choir rehearsals.
We are keen to develop our existing choir as well as explore other expressions of church music, including establishing a contemporary worship group, nurturing musical gifts and encouraging more young people.
The post is for Sundays and some evenings term-time only (except for major festivals) and with a usual weekday evening rehearsal.
Interviews and start date ideally early/mid-September 2025 though we can be flexible. We are RSCM affiliated. Remuneration depending on qualifications and experience.
