Bishop Nick will be at each of our three Cathedrals as his years of service to the diocese come to an end.
He will delegate his authority to the Rt Revd Toby Howarth, Bishop of Bradford on Friday, September 12, who will manage that responsibility during the vacancy until the arrival of a new diocesan Bishop of Leeds.
Bishop Nick will officiate for the last times at Bradford Cathedral at 3.30pm on Sunday, October 19 and at Wakefield Cathedral at 3.30pm on Sunday, October 26 - both of which also give him an opportunity to thank the retiring Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire for his service.
Bishop Nick’s farewell service will take place at 3.30pm on Sunday, November 23 at Ripon Cathedral.
