A brand new five-session ecumenical course for discussion groups, which is ideal for Lent, has been written by Bishop of Leeds, Nick Baines (pictured).
Daring to see God Now takes inspiration from the Gospel of Mark, in particular the narrative of Jesus ‘proclaiming the Good news of God’. Using this as a starting point, the course raises important questions about change, repentance, and how we can become in ourselves living evidence of the good news. Examples are taken from the rest of Mark’s Gospel as well as contemporary and historic Christians.
