On Saturday, 7 September 2019 the first Church of England’s Labs Learning roadshow will be taking place in the Diocese of Leeds.
Held at St George’s Church, Leeds (pictured), the day-long digital conference aims to inspire and equip Church of England churches to share Good News, grow people’s faith and bring more people to faith by harnessing digital and social media.
It will include inspirational speakers such as the Rt Revd Nick Baines, Bishop of Leeds, and digital experts who will share best practice and give practical advice for using social media and websites to grow your church and welcome more people in our local worshipping communities.
The day will also involve panel discussions and workshops on topics such as the basics of design, websites, social media, an overview of the Church of England’s digital plans for the future and much more. A marketplace for resources and hands-on digital help will be featured too.
The Labs Learning roadshow is for those who run a church digital channel or are interested in setting these up.
