St Christopher’s, Holme Wood in Bradford has just held a highly appreciated school holiday club where over 40 children came each day for a week to search for treasure.
Curate, the Revd Joanne Hustwick, said, “The club was organised by members of St Christopher’s Youth Team and run by an amazing team of volunteers. We have sung about our treasure, faced challenges and made things to describe our treasure. We have danced, told jokes and shared an amazing time together.
"By the end of the week, the consensus was that, 'Jesus and our lives in him are treasure; let’s look after it together'".
