Rhubarb-mania gripped Wakefield at the weekend as the city held its annual festival in honour of the fruity pink vegetable.
Wakefield Cathedral played its part in celebrating the magic product of Yorkshire’s Rhubarb Triangle and its Cathedral Kitchen had rhubarb-inspired menu featuring delicious cakes and scones.
There was also a rhubarb trail, and rhubarb-themed arts and crafts over the festival weekend.
