The President and Chairman of the Bradford Reform Synagogue, Rudi Leavor, together with members of the Board of Deputies of British Jews have taken part in a major service at Bradford Cathedral to remember the victims of the Holocaust.
The Bishop of Bradford, Toby Howarth and the Dean of Bradford Jerry Lepine were also joined by the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, Bradford West MP, Naz Shah (pictured left), the Leader of the Council and other civic leaders together with a congregation of more than a hundred people for the memorial which took place at the conclusion of a service of Choral Evensong.
Rudi Leavor gave an address and sang a lament, Ahavat olam beit Yisra'el. Candles were laid in the Cathedral chancel in the shape of the Star of David.
