What does your church say? Free training: 1 Oct

A free training seminar on external communications on 1st October at the Leeds Diocesan Office will change the way people see and react to your church.

Bad example of a church notice boardExperts will be on hand to give practical tips and advice to help you face up to the challenge of making the most of external communications in this noisy world.

What does your building currently communicate? Who is walking past your church and what do they see? What message are you trying to convey?

The seminar will tackle all these questions as well as inform about the practical learnings from research on perceptions of churches and explain the benefits of using national campaigns and coordinated messages across churches.

Advice will also be given on how to remain consistent in your communications from outside to inside and from physical to digital, and practical ideas, examples and suggestions of external signage, noticeboards, internal displays and wayfinding will also be given.
