The Tour de Yorkshire raced around our diocese during the Bank Holiday weekend.

Bridlington and the North Yorkshire coast feature in Saturday's stage of the race before the final day, which begins in Halifax.
Sunday saw the teams of top cyclists head up into the Dales before rocketing back to the finish in Leeds.
The routes passed many of our churches and schools and in Cookridge, Leeds, its CoE Primary school is one of the official Fanzones - complete with giant TV screens.
Some 400 people gathered in the playground despite the gloomy skies and a little further into Leeds, St Paul's Church, Ireland Wood was also right beside the race route.
It held an afternoon of events, crafts and a BBQ from 4pm to 6pm, with plenty of cheering when the riders hurtled by.
