The Parish of Catterick contains a cluster of attractive rural/commuter villages which lie to the south-east of Richmond, in beautiful North Yorkshire, close to but distinct from Catterick Garrison. Our mission priorities that we will work on with our new priest are to reach out and contact the under 50 age groups, to continue and improve the work with children through contact in our school, and enable the church to reach further out into the community. We hope that our new priest will help our church and PCC to achieve these mission priorities by prayerfully helping take the mission of our churches forward, communicate effectively and enable the church to work toward equipping everyone to take responsibility for their part. We hope the new priest will have the specific skills and gifts to allow them to be an enthusiastic and collaborative leader, who can preach, teach and encourage, co-ordinate efforts, delegate, and respect delegated authority.
