This Saturday is World Environment Day, and to mark it Bradford Cathedral taking part in ‘Churches Count on Nature’.
Churches Count on Nature runs as part of ‘Caring for God’s Acre’s Love Your Burial Ground’ week from Saturday June 5 – Sunday June 13, 2021.
Churches are being asked to use the week as a springboard to start recording the wildlife within their churchyards.
Bradford Cathedral are building a bug hotel on the morning of World Environment Day and are inviting people to get involved in the construction.
They are also providing spotting kits to those taking part in the count during the week.
