Steve Chalke lecture

In October, well known Baptist Minister, the Revd Steve Chalke, will give a lecture entitled 'Faith, Human Sexuality and Relationships' at St Chad's Headingley.

This is the launch of a series of events for Christians in West Yorkshire that will engage a wide range of people and look at different aspects of and approaches to understanding human sexuality and relationships. It's an inititative following the Pilling Report which encourages Christians to grow in love and understanding, and has been instigated by the Diocese of West Yorkshire & the Dales, Leeds Church Institute and other ecumenical partners in the Leeds Methodist District and Baptist Union.

The lecture will take place at St Chad’s, Far Headingley, Leeds, LS16 5JT at 7pm on Tuesday 14 October. To obtain a ticket, email events@leedschurchinstitute.org or call 0113 391 7928.

Steve Chalke MBE is founder of Oasis Trust and StoptheTraffik, and he's also a special adviser to the UN on community action against human trafficking.
